Multi-country payroll, real

India, US, UK, UAE, Saudi, Germany, France — per-employee work country, country-specific weekends, statutory exports. Not a "currency dropdown" pretending to be global.

Holiday-aware leave calc

A 5-day leave that overlaps a public holiday and a weekend deducts only the working days. Per-country holiday calendars, half-day periods, restricted holidays — all baked in.

Pending-leave aware balance

Three half-day requests sitting at "pending" can’t over-spend a 0.5-day balance. Available days net out approved + pending + encashed before the next request is accepted.

Reporting manager + org chart

Each employee has a reporting manager and the org chart rolls up from those links. Managers see leave, reviews and expense claims for their direct reports; everyone else does not.

Encashment with approval gates

Per-leave-type encashable flag, multi-stage approval, year-end policy enforcement. The leave register and finance run from the same source of truth.

Onboarding + offboarding checklists

Templated checklists per role — each item routed to the right owner with a due date pegged to the joining date, ticked off with who completed it and when. Offboarding mirrors it, and a full-and-final settlement is computed on exit.

Reward loyalty automatically — tenure-based leave, allocated for the whole year in one run.

Configure tenure bonuses per leave type — say +2 days after 1 year, +3 after 3 years, +5 after 15 — and every employee’s quota grows with their years of service, measured from their own joining date. Run the yearly allocation once and the system gives everyone the full year’s leave, applies each person’s tenure bonus, pro-rates mid-year joiners, and carries forward balances per the policy. No spreadsheet, no manual top-ups, no one chasing HR for their entitlement.

Employees apply in a click; each request routes to the right approver, and a team-requests queue shows managers exactly who is off and when, to approve or reject in place. Balances reflect tenure bonuses, carry-forward and half-days automatically, and a shared calendar shows the whole team’s leave at a glance. Working-day counts honour the holiday calendar and each employee’s weekly-off — including alternate Saturdays.

Performance reviews on appraisal forms you design yourself.

Build your own review form — weighted sections with rating, scale, yes/no and free-text questions — then run an appraisal cycle against it. Employees self-review, managers review, and self / manager / final ratings roll up per person. A single board tracks every review’s status (not started → self review → manager review → completed) with deadlines, and one click generates reviews for the whole cycle. Access is role-scoped: each employee sees only their own review, while a manager sees every review for the people who report to them.
