Pricing questions, answered.

Is there a minimum user count?

No minimum seats. Pricing is per user, per month, so a two-person team and a two-hundred-person team both pay only for the seats they use.

How does tax work at checkout?

VAT / sales tax is added on top of the listed price where required by your local jurisdiction. Your invoice shows the tax breakdown for your records.

What’s the difference between the two plans?

Project Management Suite covers the project-execution and shop-floor modules — CRM, Customer Approvals, Projects, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance and Tasks. Full Business OS adds Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Document Management (DMS), HR, Payroll and Asset Management so you can run the entire business on one platform.

Can I upgrade from Project Management Suite to Full Business OS later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the rest of your billing cycle. Your data stays intact — the added modules simply switch on.

Where is the platform hosted?

ARKcelerate is a fully managed cloud platform — we run the infrastructure, patches, monitoring and backups. You log in and use it; nothing to install.

How long is the free trial?

14 days of the full platform with sample data to explore every module. No credit card required to start.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Each module provides record exports in standard formats, and you can request a full export at any time. We don’t use proprietary data containers or charge migration fees.

Do you support multi-company / branches?

Yes. One organisation can manage multiple legal entities (sister companies, subsidiaries, branches) with separate tax identifiers and company-scoped warehouses, POs and GRNs.
